A reputable construction firm is looking to recruit a dynamic, experienced and results oriented person to fill the position of Accountant at its Head Office in Takoradi.

The Role

To Manage, Co-ordinate and Control all projects of the company

Key Responsibilities

•   Oversight responsibility for all branch and department accountants
•   Reforming the Accounts department by strengthening the internal control
•   Prepare final accounts of the company

Qualification Required & Experience

•   A professional certificate from ACCA or ICAG with 5 years experience in similar role

OR

•   A bachelor's degree in Accounting with 10 years working experience in similar position

Key Competencies

•   Proven skills in leadership financial management and good personal relaltion
•   Strong problem - solving and decision-making skills
•   Excellent communication and presentation skills
•   Knowledge and understanding some accounting quick books and other accounting software
