A public service organisation in Ghana, is looking for a highly qualified and motivated person for the position of: Assistant Manager, Monitoring & Evaluation

Role Summary

•   To provide operational support for the achievement of the mandate of the organisation

Role Accountabilities:

The ideal candidate will

•   Undertake field work activities on research in support of universal access.
•   Provide input for the preparation of work plan on, M&E activities
•   Collect data for the preparation of reports and articles on M&E acitivities for dissemination
•   Undertake M&E activities and make appropriate recommendations
•   Collect data for the preparation of annual budget of the Directorate
•   Collect data for the preparation of quarterly, annual and other periodic reports of the Directorate

Person Specifications

•   A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in social sciences or ICT field from an accredited institution
•   Must have completed 1 year national service
•   Knowledge in ICT4D
•   Must pass a competitive interview conducted in collaboration with the Public Services Commission

Other Competencies

•   Administration, networking, lobbying, monitoring, negotiation and managerial skills
•   Good communication, inter-personal and presentation skills
•   Proficiency in relevant computer applications
•   Quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
