Camfed is an international organization dedicated to the eradication of poverty in Africa through the education of girls and the empowerment of young women.

Camfed Ghana is seeking to recruit motivated and dynamic individuals for the following positions. All successful candidates will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, an ability to work unsupervised under pressure, and flexibility to travel.

Monitoring and Evaluation Officer, Tamale

. You must have an eye for detail with strong quantitative and qualitative data analysis and management skills.
. You will be responsible for managing Camfed's M&E database system, including ensuring quality, timeliness and consolidation of programme data.
. You must have a degree in development, research related or relevant field with at least 5 years working experience.

Training Officer, Tamale

. You must have an eye for detail with strong planning and report writing skills.
. You will be responsible for planning,organizing, facilitating and monitoring trainings for the Cama Network.
. You must have a degree in a relevant field with at least 3 years working experience. The training officer will report to the Training Manager.

Administrator, Tamale

. You must have an eye for detail, be flexible, proactive and possess a problem-solving approach to work.
. You must be able to use your own imitative and have excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
. You will be responsible for effective day-to-day running of the office, supporting financial record keeping and providing . logistical support for local and international travel.
. You must have a degree and / or recognized qualification in administration or related field.
. You must have a minimum of 5 years experience working in a related field.
