Duties & Responsibilities:

•   Provide daily leadership, coaching and mentoring of staff on both an individual basis and across     the team as it relates to product/project design and development
•   Conduct department meetings for training of team, scheduling and prioritizing of workload
•   Establish design standards for implementation in product line and develop product line family
•   Provide training for group as it applies to product knowledge for utilization in design standards
•   Responsible for recruiting, training, coaching, evaluation and discipline of team members
•   Communicate with  Management on progress of projects and any potential roadblocks
•   Overall responsibility for the scope, deliverables, resource utilization, schedule and quality of a portfolio of projects from initial conception through project completion
•   Direct and lead the activities of multiple project lead engineers, interface with customers to provide the technical direction and solutions so it meets project requirements

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in engineering field required, MS degree in engineering or MBA strongly preferred.
•   Minimum ten (5) years’ experience in the upstream oil & gas industry, w/ a proven track record of engineering products involving the combined use of pressure vessels, process piping, instrumentation, controls and structural skids developed as turn-key equipment packages and projects, be prepared to showcase your portfolio
•   Excellent Communication skills and strong mentoring and coaching skills
•   Engineering, Operations Planning or other related disciplines
