Job Description

• Handling telephone and email request
• Receive enquiries and redirect them to the appropriate department for necessary action
• Receive customer complaints and forward to appropriate authority
• Conduct customer survey
• Update customers on the status of their orders
• Tracking measurement requests.

Qualification Required & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Admin or any related field with 3 years relevant experience.
• Must speak fluent English and at least two local languages
