Our company is a leading investment banking institution in Ghana with over 3 decades of continous operations to its credit and seeks to engage a strong executive level professional into the above-mentioned position.

Responsibilities include:

• Ensuring the performance of the full spectrum of finance and accounting duties of the company and its businesses
• Providing value-added financial support to the company and handling strategic corporate finance activities
• Supervising the finance & Accounting function of the company and its businesses
• Working closely with legal, audit & compliance and the company secretary to achieve overall statutory and regulatory compliance
• Maintaining excellent relationship with investors, bankers and auditors
• Preparing financial reports for the board of Directors and other members of the management team

Qualification Required & Experience

The successful candidate must:

• Have a Master's Degree in Accounting, Commerce, Finance or related field and a Bachelor's Degree in same fields
• Have a minimum of 5 years experience as financial controller or in similar senior level position
• Be a chartered accountant and a member of ACCA, CA, CFA or ICA
• Have sound technical knowledge and understanding of investment banking operations and industry regulators
