A private security services is seeking to recruit Deputy Head, Guard Operations.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist Head of Guard Operations
• Implementation of plans for the Department
• General administration and management of Dept.
• New Business development & marketing of services
• Liaise with clients
• Assist in preparation of Reports to Management

Qualification Required and Experience

• A Degree in Administration, Management or Security Management
• Minimum of 10 years in the private security services
• Minimum of 3 years at middle or top level management
• Good understanding of Guard Operations & Services
• Knowledgeable in private security services in Ghana
• Results-oriented & desire to exceed agreed targets
• Able to drive and holder of a valid driving license
• Strong communicator, analyst & negotiator skills
• Computer literacy in word and excel
• Independent judgement and decision-making skills
• Creative & innovative at solving problems
• High energy level and multi-tasking
