NIBS is a boutique business school, established to provide postgraduate and post-experience, professional education and knowledge exchange to organizations, individual executives and entrepreneurs in Ghana and beyond.

OUR PROGRAMS

True to our mission, we currently offer the following programs with distinctive creative design and delivery models:

•   Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) in affiliation with SBS Swiss Business School, Zurich. Program ranked among the top 20 in the Global DBA Rankings EURO 2016.
•   PhD in Business Administration in affiliation with GIMPA.
•   Executive Education Programs in affiliation with Mannheim Business School and Frankfurt School of Finance & Management both in Germany.

Qualification Required & Experience

Your Role As A Doctoral Adjunct Faculty

•   You should be sufficiently familiar with the field of doctoral research to provide guidance and/or have the willingness to gain that familiarity before agreeing to act as a supervisor.
•   You will work together with our highly experienced research fellows and the supervisory committee to ensure the student's progress.
•   You will be accessible to the student for consultation and discussion of their academic progress and research.
•   You will report in a timely and thorough manner to work submitted by the student, with constructive suggestions for improvement. The turnaround time for comments on written work should not normally exceed 2 weeks.
•   You will coordinate effectively with subject matter Professors.
•   You will report on the progress of your team of students to the lead international supervisor in a timely fashion.
•   You will attend face-to-face meetings with a team of students on scheduled dates.

Your Capabilities and Experience

1) Applicants should have PhB Degree and/or DBA degree by research in any of the fields below:

•   Marketing
•   Finance

2) Applicants should have multiple academic journal publishing experiences (papers published in peer-reviewed journals with over 5 years of active research work
3) Previous experience of supervising doctoral students, preferred
4) Willingness to publish in peer-reviewed journals with our students
5) Have at least 5 years teaching experience
