Our client, Ghana’s leading real estate developers is seeking seasoned manager for the following position Facilities Manager in Ghana.

Key Accountabilities

• Overseeing a portfolio of over 300 properties
• Provide exceptional organizational and leadership to the facilities team
• International exposure in customer service focused industries is beneficial
• Ensuring Coordination and supervision of daily operation of the Unit to enhance customer service.
• Managing all projects, repairs, maintenance and installation of conventional buildings
• Follow up on correction of defects in material or workmanship of contractor’s work

Qualification Required & Experience

• A degree and a Project Management Qualification
• 8 years facilities management experience in Large Properties.
