Job Vacancy For Demand Management & Application Officer At Eni Ghana Exploration & Production



Job Purpose:

•   To manage relationship with business units and gather their needs and requirements;
•   To evaluate the need for services and projects and assists ICT Manager on issuing operational plans;
•   To follow and manage application projects as well as an efficient application maintenance service;
•   To ensure the efficiency of the works carried out and their compliance with budgeted costs, standards, regulations and security policies; ensure that contractors' performances are in accordance with the contractual terms.

Main Responsibilities:

•   Conducts demand gathering process
•   Documents requirements and specifications.
•   Manages and coordinates application development projects in terms of time, cost and quality.
•   Evaluates, propose and implements new IT applications/solutions (based on new technologies) that cover business and company needs. Implements these to provide business benefit and to reduce application management cost.
•   Develops activity plan, budget and forecast
•   Supervise the work of company contracted and ensure that work covers requirements with the best solution proposed by the market and in compliance with ICT policies and procedures.
•   Develops strategic IT solutions to speed-up the daily operations

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Degree
•   Work experience of minimum of 5 years
•   Experience on business application projects (SAP, other ERP applications)
•   Experience on requirements definition, project management and change management
•   Excellent communication skills
•   Knowledge of English Language
•   Excellent working group
