Job Summary

Serve as the technical lead in Organizing and overseeing activities related to education, skills training, linkages with vocational training centers and higher learning institutions.

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Master’s Degree in Education with a minimum of five years experience in a leadership position responsible for developing vocational training and/or education interventions and the technical aspects related student assessment, teacher training, educational materials/curriculum development, educational management, educational monitoring and information systems, and labor market analysis.
•   Experience in managing projects to address issues related to vocational training and secondary education, including access to higher education.
•   Understanding of special educational needs of youth removed from hazardous working conditions.
•   Experience working with vulnerable youth ages 15 to 17 and their households, preferably in Ghana.
