Job Summary

•   Lead the update and maintenance of secured Policy Administration System. Maintain up to date configuration management and enhancement documentations
•   Manage and maintain agents and clients interfacing application of Policy Administration System
•   Provide 1st and 2nd level support to staff on Policy Administration system and its integration with other systems
•   Support corporate intermediaries and partners on the Policy Administration System
•   Lead support team in release and deployment management of new modules or enhancement of existing modules
•   Troubleshoot, maintain and support subordinates in fixing enterprise N-Tier web applications
•   Promote and manage resilience, redundancy and availability of policy Administration system

Qualification Required & Experience

•   1st Degree in Computer Science
•   At least 6 years experience

Key Functional Skills

•   Advanced level Oracle Database Management
•   Oracle Certified Associate Certification desirable
•   Intermediate level in MySQL database management
•   Foundation knowledge in Insurance ERP and support
•   Intermediate knowledge in IT project management
•   Intermediate knowledge in Oracle Web Logics and Web servers management
•   Foundation knowledge in managing Linux and Unix Servers
•   Intermediate level in scripting languages
•   Foundation knowledge in router and switches management
•   Foundation knowledge in software service management
•   Intermediate knowledge in Windows Server including NTFS, Active Directory
