Job Vacancy For ICT Governance Officer At Eni Ghana Exploration & Production



Job Purpose:
To deliver and be responsible for the alignment and compliance of ICT policies, procedures, processes and controls in tight cooperation with ICT units and ICT manager and in line with the corporate document

Main Responsibilities:

•   To guarantee and monitor the Sourcing and Contract management
•   To guarantee a proper Risk and Security management
•   To manage Budget and Forecast Processing, Audits,
•   To grant the respect of SOX and HQ methodologies
•   Jointly with ICT manager identify and propose company ICT development strategies and guidelines in line with the business development policies and  objectives.
•   Jointly with ICT manager for the preparation of data for the plan, budget, forecasts  and financial statements for ICT services and projects.
•   Perform analysis on budget/forecast and planned activities.
•   Feed company applications to provide budget/forecast data to HQ
•   Support ICT manager in controlling and validating contracts in all their process steps.
•   Perform control on process for assessing and managing ICT risks by analysing and communicating their potential impact on business processes and goals.
•   Jointly with ICT manager and HQ defines ICT methodologies and control that are applied.
•   Guarantee ICT compliance prior to potential auditors assessments also promptly verifying the respect of SOX ( Sorbaney-Oxley Act) principles and guidelines.
•   Develop, in conjunction with the organisation function and in line with the corporate document management processes, the process for creating, updating and reviewing ICT documents.

Qualification Required & Experience

•   University Degree in Information Systems or related qualification
•   Minimum of 7 years' experience.
•   Basic experience in log analysis, core interpretations and wireline fluid / pressure sampling
•   Excellent communication skills
•   Excellent knowledge of English Language
•   Knowledge of principles, practice trend and concerns in the Governance processes
•   Knowledge of auditing processes.
•   Knowledge of ICT Contract Administration and Budget control.
•   Working knowledge of documentation methodology and formatting styles
