A leading Telecommunications company, seeking to expand its operations in Ghana is looking for dynamic & results oriented professionals who are ready to make a difference in the areas of:- Genesys Framework Administrators

Ref: GENAD

Responsibilities:

•   Support and maintain availability and reliability of Genesys Call Centre Suite
•   Ensure proper functioning of ACDS and ensure proper functioning of Genesys Outbound contact center solution suite
•   Maintains the Genesys SIP server within the organisation and ensures its optimum performance

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Minimum Of Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic or Telecommunications Engineering or other related discipline
•   A Postgraduate degree or professional certificate in Telecommunication or Engineering Field will be ad added advantage
•   Industry certificate is also desirable
•   Experience working with PABX/Genesys IP Call Centre Framework or equivalent Call Centre application
•   Experience supporting a Customer Care or Call Centre environment

Skills/Competencies Required

•   Good knowledge of call routing techniques, ACD routing and call handling
•   Well versed in PABX or Genesys Framework call center solution or equivalent application
•   Working knowledge of UNIX and Windows Operating Systems
•   Working knowledge of Call Centre operations and organizations
