We are looking for a seasoned Development Manager who will be able to orchestrate the entire development process from start to finish. the Development Manager must have knowledge of nearly every process, phase and service involved site selection, markel analysis, finance, construction, leasing, and sales

Qualification Required & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree (Engineering,Architecture,or Economics preferred)MS or MBA preferred
• 10+ years of experience in technical field related to architecture,capital project management, real estate development or the equivate with at least 5 of those years in leadership role.
• Experience in planning, leading, and managing development projects,including coordinating with peers to achieve desired outcomes,and tracking and reporting on progress to senior managers/executives/board of directors
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Strong problem solving and multi-tasking abilities
• Ability to use technology effectively in the execution of work
• Ability to write and interpret reports,correspondence and manuals.
• Ability to effectively present to groups of people including employees, vendors and the
