A reputable state-owned company has vacancy for lawyers for immmediate employment.

Roles and Responsibilities

• To assist the Head of the Legal department in all legal affairs with key processes which relate to litigation, legal drafting, arbitration/negotiation and commercial settlement agreements.

Qualification Required & Experience

• B.A or LLB and must have been called to the Bar with a minimum of 3 years of post-call working experience
• Additional postgraduate qualification such as LLM, MBA will be an added advantage

Professional Qualification

• Must be member in good standing at the Ghana Bar Association and in possession of a valid Solicitor's License

Professisonal Specification

• Must have demonstrable track record of litigation at the Superior Courts of Judicature in Ghana and an ability to lead negotiations in complex high value contracts and agreements
• Should have the ability to remedy legal cases
