Job Vacancy For Maintenance and Administration Co-ordinator

Maintenance and Administration Co-ordinator wanted for immediate employment.

Reports to – Country Manager, liaises with Accountant


•   Schedule vehicle maintenance and book vehicles for servicing
•   Monitor vehicle insurance and roadworthiness, international insurance
•   Monitor tyre wear etc
•   Motor vehicle hire
•   Supervision of drivers
•   Collate vehicle log book data
•   Supervise office maintenance and repairs, manage contractors
•   Assist with clearing and transport requirements
•   Office purchasing, monitor stock levels
•   Banking duties
•   Monitor office cleaning and office surroundings
•   Booking travel and dealing with the travel agent
•   Immigration and visas
•   Deal with mail and post boxes
•   Payment of office bills and dealing with various government agencies
•   Minor contact with the Minerals Commission
•   Office safety
•   Review filing system

Qualification Required & Experience

•   B.A. Admin or equivalent
