Job Vacancy For Maintenance Supervisor (ORF – Onshore Receiving Facility)



Job Description

• To control and direct the activities of maintenance staff (electrical/telecom/HVAC, instrumentation/automation, mechanical, rotating equipment) on field assets and to supervise maintenance workshop (in onshore fields) to ensure that output, quality and safety targets and achieved

Main Accountabilities and Responsibilities

• Ensure on site that the operative maintenance staff and maintenance contractor staff are functioning under an optimised operational organisation e.g available manpower, budget, machineries, equipment, tools
• Responsibility and coordination of the main maintenance disciplines sections: mechanical, electrical, instrument
• Responsible for all the maintenance activities performed on site, reliabilities of the plant, including all the equipment, machinery, etc and their technical performance
• Coordination of scope of work and during the execution phase of modification/improvement required
• Responsible for the optimisation of the maintenance cost and issuance of the yearly maintenance budget
• Responsible as performed by maintenance team on site
• Assuring maintenance plan definition and updating
• Assuring field maintenance operative procedure definition and implementation
• Maintenance policy definition and implementation
• Technical modifications proposals
• Failure and criticality analysis review and recommendations drawing to production operations

Qualification Required & Experience

• Engineering Degree
• 10 years of Oil & Gas industry experience in maintenance plant field operations
• Must be trained at CMMS training course
• HSE training
• Plant familiarisation course on all maintenance areas, DCS course and management/supervisory

Required Competencies

• Commissioning - Start Up: Commissioning and start-up
• Production Operations: Maintenance Management, Predictive Maintenance, Oper/Mant Advising
• Maintenance operations: Mechanical Maintenance, Telecommunication Maintenance, Instrumentation Maintenance, Electrical Maintenance, Troubleshooting techniques knowledge
• Maintenance Engineering: CMMS Activities, maintenance engineering, maintenance system auditing, mainten. Advising in project phase, Reliability / availability analysis technique knowledge, maintenance systems and policies knowledge
• Specialist knowledge: Engineering knowledge in the specialist activity
• Organisation Process: Internal Standard, Feedback development and diffusion, Technical audit and design review, documentation management
• Supports and technologies: Standard ISO, TQM and Quality system, Technical requirement and standard anc codes, health, safety, environment, quality
