Job Description

• Assist the Branch Manager to market and promote the company's products, services or ideas with the overall aim of meeting set targets.
• Take responsibility for specific assignments as agreed with your supervisor.
• To provide regular information where necessary to assist with the compilation of reports for company
• Ensure that all printed promotional material is distributed effectively to existing and potential clients
• To ensure client retention through excellent customer service delivery.

Qualifications Required & Experience

• A Good University Degree
• Must posses the Ghana Stock Exchange Certificate.
• Minimum of three (3) years post qualification experience in a relevant position.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Software (Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of office administration and bookkeeping procedures
• Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and confidentiality concerning Financial and Employee files.
