Job Summary

•   Providing technical solution and support
•   Assist in the planning, design, implementation and maintenance of IP network (systems, programs, hardware and software’s) for client network
•   Install, configure and manage multi-vendor network equipment such as Cisco routers and switches, HP switches, internet cache servers, VOIP gateways, bandwidth monitoring and bandwidth test tools appliances and servers for customers
•   Maintain documentation on network configurations, operating procedures, service records relating to network hardware, changes or additions made on the customers' network, prepare training materials and develop operating procedure
•   Monitor system performance and implement performance turning, including application upgrade, firmware upgrade, license upgrade and renewal
•   Manage Linux and windows email servers and bind DNS servers
•   setting right expectation for customers requirement and technical proposal
•   Troubleshoot according to the terms of the SLA to provide technical assistance to customers.
•   Research, recommend and implement new projects and expand existing projects

Qualification Required & Experience

•   First Degree in IT/Network
•   Certification for Cisco - CCNP, CCDA, CCNA and CCDP
•   Strong experience in designing various network service including IP Telephone, WAN network, IP network
•   Experience in technical pre-sales presentation
•   Strong project management experience in completing multiple tasks, setting priorities and managing to critical deadlines
•   Strong experience designing and implementing multi-tiered applications
•   Strong working knowledge of IP, including IP network architecture, routing protocols, peering, BGP and DNS is required, as well as working knowledge of Layer 1 optical transport tranport networks and equipment
•   Solid working knowledge of design, architectural background and operational support in technologies such as routing IP, switched Ethernet, load balancing, TCP/IP and IP subnetting, firewalls, wireless 802.11 protocls (preferably n), DNS/DHCP; and telephony systems, automatic call distributors, Trunking local and long distance services
