Job Vacancy For Office Manager

Job Purpose

• The Office Manager's role is being in complete charge of office administration/management


• Renewals of office licenses/professional licenses/insurances
• Liaise with external HR as necessary to ensure salaries/SSNIT/PAYE are made timely
• Completes monthly reports on invoices dispatched and payments received
• Ensures that office equipment, furniture, walls and garden are neat and in good condition
• Receives and screen visitors/telephone calls
• Liaise with couriers and track documents - dispatched documents/receive all documents
• Submit and follow up on documents field/submitted at the regulatory agencies
• Telephone/conference facilities/internet connections are active

Qualification Required & Experience

• First Degree level, preferably with some experience in Accounting - BSc Admin/BA, B.Comm
• A minimum of a year relevant experience and should be in same or similar position
