Qualification Required & Experience

The ideal candidate should have knowledge and experience of leading practices in the following areas:

Technical Skills

• 7+ years consulting or business/industry experience in oil and gas or the mining industry (including international work experience) is a plus
• Certified Lean and Six Sigma
• Proven track record of delivering projects in the industry, including quality and process improvement, cost reduction, process design, asset and regulatory analytics
• Experience in strategy development, managing senior stakeholders workshops, business case development, target operating model design and implementation
• Experience in change and project management involving finance, supply chain and/or procurement transformation projects
• Project and program management experience
• Excellent presentation and analytical skills
• Experience in managing people and teams
• Experience in business and proposal development

Educational and academic qualifications

• A first degree in Science, Engineering, Business or Arts from a recognised University
• Membership of an Institute in Ghana or abroad (advantageous)
• Strong academic record including an advanced degree in Accounting, Economics Finance or a related field
