A reputable animal feed manufacturing company in Kumasi has immediate vacancy for Quality Assurance Officer.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Implementation of quality control and functions of the company
• Ensure preparation and submission of relevant reports on quality assurance processes to the Managing Director
• Advise Management on issues relating to quality control and assurance
• Develop and implement systems and methods for effective quality control and assurance activities in the company
• Perform any other duties that may be assigned by the Managing Director

Qualification Required & Experience

• Minimum education qualification of University Degree or its equivalent (With Quality Assurance Background)
• Demonstrable reasonable number of years experience in performing quality control and assurance functions in a manufacturing company
• Working knowledge of HACCP, ISO 22000 and other industry standards
• Considerable knowledge of ICT

• Ability to work independently with limited supervision
• Goal-oriented, proactive and a team player
• Good communication and leadership skills
