Job Description

• To supervise project teams of reservoir engineers, production technologists and G&G specialists (as appropriate) in order to define the highest value development plans and ongoing management plans, for the assets under this responsibility
• Overall management and accuracy of reservoir models and studies

Key Activities

• Field development optimization
• Defining and preparing yearly production budget, 4 years budget plan and long production forecasts
• Optimizing field development
• Defining data acquisition strategy
• Coordinating reservoir studies
• Preparing reports for the management with recommendations for both technical and economic viability
• Managing well and reservoir performances monitoring and data acquisition
• Evaluating the performance and the adequate training development of the assigned human resources

Qualification Required & Experience

• 10 years of Oil & Gas industry experience
• 5 years of reservoir experience
• Accredited University Degree in Geology / Engineering
