Job Vacancy For Sales Agronomist



Our client, an Agro business entity and one of the largest fertilizer companies in Ghana is seeking competent and suitable professionals to join its team.

Summary of functions & Responsibilities

• Actively promote the group's product capabilities to increase client penetration
• Implement strategies for selling products to new and existing clients to increase revenue
• Assist in identifying, conceptualising and developing new products consistent with market trends to meet customer requirements
• Prepare and submit periodic sales forecast and progress reports for management decision making
• Ensure the accomplishment of the monthly and yearly sales targets of the direct sales channel
• Provide presence for the Group's crop nutrition programs at retail local level as well as at farm level
• Maintain and populate a database to capture market knowledge and relevance of crop solutions

Qualification Required & Experience

• A Bachelor's degree in Agronomy or General Agriculture
• A minimum of 3 years working experience in similar role and industries
