A multinational company is seeking to recruit a Country Manager - Sales Manager - Border Countries Business - Ref: SM-BCB

Responsibilities

• Drive sales order value and revenue growth with a named list of clients in carrier, ISP, Telco, Enterprise, Education and Government segments
• Manage the complete sales process from opportunity identification, drafting/review of legal agreement, commercial negotiation, service activation, billing and invoice dispute resolution and trouble ticket management
• Develop new accounts and ensure customer satisfaction
• Ensure good quality of account planning

Qualification Required & Experience

• Minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences or any other related field
• An MBA will be an added advantage
• Minimum of 8 years experience in selling voice, data and IP services to carrier, ISP, Telco, Enterprise, Education and government segments
• Effective interpersonal management relationship skills and proven ability to function within a matrix organisation
• Knowledge of the telecommunications landscape in Ghana & Francophone countries will be added advantage
• Understanding of internet Bandwidth sales, IPLC, National leased circuits, MPLS, VPNs, Data Centre, VAS
• Computer literate with proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint and MS Access
• Highly analytical with good commercial acumen and negotiation skills
• Ability to build cooperative relationships internally and externally to achieve set goals
• Fluency in English and at least intermedia french
