SALES MANAGER
The Sales Manager shall report to the Branch Manager

Performance Expectation

•   Recruit, train, manage and retain sales team to achieve set targets according to performance contract.
•   Manage all administrative and customer services issues related to your sales ream.
•   Report on performance according to set timelines.

Qualification Required and Experience

•   At least one (1) year experience is Sales. Life insurance experience will be an advantage
•   First Degree preferably in Marketing or Insurance
•   Diploma or Advanced Diploma in Insurance from the Ghana Insurance College or the CII-UK
