Job Vacancy For Sales Unit Manager

Job Summary

The Sales Manager for the New Business Department has the following key responsibilities

• Ensuring the achievement of monthly sales for Car4Cash
• Leading the analysis of competitors products, features, pricing and other information, presenting marketing strategies and directions for Car4Cash
• Coordinating marketing, sales and support activities for the business, including the design, supply and distribution of marketing materials to Sales staff
• Ensuring the maintenance of excellent relationship between the business and its top clients
• Ensuring the maintenance of excellent relationship between the New Business Department and
• Branch Managers who will be responsible for supervising the daily activities of credit officers
• Training personnel for the new business department
• Managing the performance of sales staff in the department, ensuring that agreed rewards or sanctions are administered
• Ensuring the achievement and maintenance of portfolio quality targets and adherence to agreed compliance standards
• Managing the relationships between the company and vendors specific to the vehicle asset finance product

Qualification Required & Experience

• A tertiary Degree (Finance, Economics or Business preferred)
• Excellent knowledge of the Ghanaian small business climate and preferences
• Minimum of 3 years experience in a Sales Management role
