A fast growing and reputable automobile company in Accra is inviting applications from qualified, experienced and self motivated candidates to occupy the position of:- Service Administrator

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Age: Between 30 and 40 years
•   Have a minimum of 5 - 15 years experience in automobile service industry
•   Possess a Degree in Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent
•   Extensive knowledge of mechanical issues, warranties, service and general repairs
•   Ability to work under pressure and with minimum supervision
•   Work with the workshop Manager and Product Service Manager to respond to client's requests for updates on the status of their jobs and keep the communication channels open to ensure information is accurate
•   Receive and review feedback from customers and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
•   Work with the Directors and Management to investigate customer complaints and concerns arising from products and suggest appropriate solutions. Discuss with team to identify appropriate course of action
•   Job costing using computerised Automobile software e.g SAP Automate and Autote
•   Generation of outwork orders
•   Investigation of invoice queries
