A leading IT services company requires the services of experienced software support specialists.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the installation of Accounting software marketed by the company on customer's PC. Provide end-user training. Provide support to end-users for software marketed by our company
• Setup Accounting information systems for client. Configure client chart of Accounts,
• Supervise input of client's data to produce trial, balance sheet, income-expenditure reports. Configure Client Payroll Systems. Knowledge of Payroll Tax Calculations.
• Familiarity with accounts receivable and payable systems as well as fixed assets systems
• Maintain a highly competent knowledge of relevant products and current support policies

Qualification Required & Experience

• HND in Accounting
• Minimum 2 years working experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
• Attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and quality
• Solid understanding of accounting, audit and basic tax
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
