Duties and Responsibilities:

•   Help desk support – troubleshoot & resolve  PC, printer and network related issues
•   Network configuration and monitoring
•   Configuration of servers, routers and security devices
•   System administration
•   Email administration
•   Data backups
•   Anti-virus software installation, configuration and support

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Degree in Computer Science or related Information Technology related studies

Competencies:

•   Strong understanding of IP networks (LAN, WAN and Wi-Fi)
•   Configuration and Management of network reporting and monitoring systems
•   Strong understanding of windows active directory administration and servers support
•   Good understanding of  IP telephony systems
