Job Vacancy For Technical Solutions Manager



Role Purpose

•   Responsible for full technical solution and project management life-cycle for B2B and time to market solutions, according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants to deliver technical solutions and projects according to plan.

Key Responsibilities

This individual will bring to bear deep hands-on project management experience in deployment of B2B products, promotions, services, and processes. The main responsibilities include:

•   Assist B2B team on technical service delivery for different solutions/requests from their prospective clients.
•   Be the main contact and go to person for all technical solutions, projects and products for the B2B category and coordinate operational issues with O&M teams.
•   Evaluate if a technical scope documentation was completed and project can be included into the project plan (feasibility was completed and resources were assigned) and report to head of program management.
•   Identifies needed resources and assigns individual responsibilities.
•   Involved fully on the RFP requirement gathering for all solutions and products associated with B2B and ensure projects are delivered as planned and fit for use for corporate solutions.
•   Ask the O&M team and other stakeholders about required resources to implement solutions.
•   Negotiate priorities and resources with O&M team in order to assure plan accomplishment.
•   Coordinate and assure approval of Head of Operations to the technical project plans and scope.
•   Report accomplishment of the projects plan to Head of Operations, Head of B2B
•   Evaluate and report O&M performance for solutions delivered and running to Head of Operations, CTIO and B2B.
•   Design E2E technical solutions, project definition and expected results, and are adjust accordingly.
•   Lead, manage, coordinate, and report on multiple complex solutions as per B2B requirements.
•   Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
•   Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.
•   Reviews deliverables prepared by team.
•   Effectively applies a standard methodology for all technical solutions and enforces project standards.
•   Prepares for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures.
•   Minimizes exposure and risks on projects under his/her responsibility.
•   Ensures all technical documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
•   Support Procurement/Contract Management to resolve technical conflicts between MIC and suppliers.
•   Work closely with Supply Chain and O&M teams to ensure implementation following MIC’s technology processes.

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Minimum of three (3)+ years of proven project management experience.
•   University degree in technology / engineering / business administration or related areas.
•   MBA or Master in Science is desired;
•   Proficiency in the use of MS Office Suite including Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Project and Vision
