Job Summary

• The objective of the position is to lead and operate the unit under responsibility within top quartile performance measured on a yearly basis, to deliver second to none service to the customer and create a working environment appreciated by all involved in the daily operations.
• Unit Director is responsible for all safety and operational matters as well as contract negotiations and all safety and legal compliance matters

Qualification Required & Experience

• The Unit Director must be approved by the Board of Maerk Drilling, and have a minimum of 4 years experience in management positions within the oil exploration industry
