Description Of Job


•  Receiving visitors and guests who visit the Institute’s secretariat
•  Receive, direct and relay telephone messages to the appropriate department and persons
•  Record and handle all in coming couriers
•  Respond to public enquiries
•  Provide secretariat support
•  Responsible for daily cleaning and general maintenance of the front office

Qualification Required & Experience

A minimum of first degree in social science, management studies, Management & Secretariat or related field from a recognised University with at least one year working experience, or an HND in Management Studies, Management & Secretariat-ship with one year working experience
