A fast growing Property Management and Brokerage Firm invites applicants from suitably qualified candidates for the post of a Property Manager.

Job Description

•   Inspection of properties for company’s purposes such as purchase/lease /rentage etc
•   Reporting to and advising management on suitability and valuation of properties including estate valuing
•   Maintenance of properties which includes repairs, expansion, refurbishment, serving and redecoration
•   Arrange and conducting physical inspections of properties with clients and agents
•   Collection of rents due and aged receivables.
•   The Manager shall render account of rents received and expenses incurred in respect of the property in his/her care.
•   Respond to inquiries about maintenance requests
•   Administer service contracts
•   Respond promptly to emergencies
•   And any other related duties assigned.

Qualification Required & Experience

Competency Requirements:

•   Minimum of a Diploma in Estate Management with a marketing background
•   Minimum of 3 years post qualification working experience
•   Good IT skills especially word, excel and Internet usage
•   Good report writing skillsGood customer relations skills
•   Ability to work under pressure

Role Qualifications and Competencies:

•   trong knowledge of residential and commercial property markets
•   Proven ability to close property leasing and sales deals
•   Up to date knowledge of trends in leasing and market rentals
•   Customer and market orientation
•   Level of innovation in packaging deals and opportunistic mindset

•   Strong sales focus-ability to relate to senior decision makers in potential clients
•   Target driven
