Job Summary

Duties:

•  Undertakes daily stock count of Depot stock and prepare a stock count report.
•  Obtain dispatch plan for the day and prepare sales order form for each dispatch.
•  Update customer balances on a daily basis.
•  Preparation of and updating of Petty Expense Cash Book on a daily basis.
•  Maintain Finished Goods Inventory Ledger and reconcile with physical stock daily.
•  Maintain a Fixed Asset Register for all Company assets at the Depot
•  Any other duties that may be assigned by the Depot Head and the Financial Controller.

Qualification Required & Experience

A Degree or an HND in Accounting, or its equivalent.

Minimum Experience:

Five (5) years working experience in a similar function. Previous experience in a manufacturing setting especially with the beverage industry would be an advantage.

Skills and Abilities:

•  Highly computer literate.
•  Excellent communication and inter-personal skills.
•  Attention to detail.
•  Organized and be able to work with little or no supervision.
•  Must possess a high level of integrity.

Job Summary:

Position Summary:
The accounting teacher is responsible for providing professional training in accounting to staff of ProCredit in accordance with the institution’s training philosophy and objectives.
