Duties and Responsibilities

•   Perform reconciliations (cash, bank and investments)
•   Ensure prompt payment of clients redemptions
•   Carry out banking activities on behalf of IGS financial services limited
•   Assist in preparing accurate, timely and reliable financial report in accordance with in ternational Financial reporting standards and regulatory requirements
•   Ensure statutory payments are made on a timely basis
•   Liaising with the bankers, auditors and tax authorities,
•   Assist external auditors on statutory audits
•   Maintain confidential records and files
•   Perform other related duties as required

Qualification Required & Experience

Technical Requirements

•   A good university degree or a higher national diploma in a relevant discipline
•   Part-qualification of a recognised professional accountancy body will be an added advantage
•   Post qualification experience in a relevant position will be an added advantage
•   Familiarity with Microsoft Office software (Word, Access, Excel, Powerpoint)
•   Knowledge and experience in the investment industry would be an added advantage
•   Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and confidentiality
