Position: Director of Business & Operations

We are currently seeking candidates for the position of Director of Business & Operations.  This is a full-time position at the school.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The Director of Business & Operations is a member of the Senior Leadership Team.  The Director of Business & Operations administers the business affairs of the school under the general direction of the Head of School and in accordance with country laws and Board policies.

Principal accountabilities include, but are not limited to:

•   Finance Health and Management
•   Physical Asset Management
•   Human Resources Management
•   Residential Management
•   IT Infra- Structure Management
•   Planning

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Minimum of a Master’s Degree in Accountancy/Business Administration
•   Previous experience as business manager of a school or similar education organization preferred
•   Expertise in accounting, standards, and reporting
•   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•   Must be a member of Ghana Chartered Accountants (GCA)
