Job Brief

This position would manage the workout and resolution of non-performing loans in order to preserve principal and prevent charge-offs.

Responsibilities

•   Monitoring and collection of all non-performing loans (NPL)
•   Investigates and thoroughly understands borrower problems and formulates strategies in resolving them
•   Works out and restructures non-performing loans in line with laid down prolicies and procedures
•   Actively monitors the financial performance of all loans within the officers assigned portfolio
•   Works with originating loan officer to ensure that NPL does not arise

Qualification Required & Experience
