Job Summary

The Group wishes to employ highly experienced and motivated people to plan, direct and control the divisional activities.

Basic Responsibilities:

•   Overseeing the work of the estimators of the company
•   Must be able to do extractions and calculate material quantities
•   Overseeing measurement taking especially long distance jobs
•   Inspect and present report on projects undertaken by the company on weekly basis
•   Shall channel the problems facing field workers to the Business Development Manager
•   Shall be in charge of training new estimators
•   Any other duty that may be assigned

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Must have an HND or degree in Building Technology
•   A minimum of five (5) years working experience in the roofing industry, including a supervisory role
•   Must be computer literate
•   A professional degree in Marketing will be an added advantage

Age Requirements: Must be 35 years or above

Job Description

•  To lead a team of personal to ensure the smooth operation of the Branch and also oversee the collection of revenue in respect of Rent, Car Park tolls, Washroom and Advert Space
•  Advise the Head, Operations on all un-occupied facilities for re-possession and re-allocation
•  Ensure timely processing and submission of all financial and operational reports relating to the Branch
•  To assist the Head of General Services apply sound property/facility management practices in respect of the management of the company’s moveable and immoveable properties
•  To assist in transactions involving real estate sales, lettings and administration of tenants related matters
•  Monitor and evaluate the performance of service providers contracted by the company
•  To act as Head of General Services in the absence of the incumbent

Qualification Required & Experience

•  BSc. Land Economy or Building Technology
•  Must have 8 years post National Service experience with 3 years in a Managerial position
•  Age Limit: Applicant should not be more than 45 years old

Key Responsibilities:

•  Complete management of the Company’s projects from planning phasethrough final completion
