Role Summary:
Responsible for providing leadership and supervison of the front-line customer service representatives and Help Desk Officers.
Qualification Required & Experience
• A first degree in Marketing / Social Science or Humanities discipline is required for this role
• Relevant experience working in a similar role is preferred
• Fluency in a foreign language, preferably french is highly desirable
