Qualification Required & Experience
• Senior Secondary School or Ordinary Level Certificate or equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years dispatch experience, preferably with a courier organisation, excellent knowledge of the Accra metropolitan area
• Must be able to operate a motorbike and a vehicle and have a valid Ghanaian driving licence.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
• Attention to detail with emphasis on honesty, accuracy and quality
• Ability to prioritise work and excellent customer service skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a very good command of the English language
