Job Description

•   Drive the vehicles of the Committee in connection with its activities;
•   Run official errands, including dispatch of correspondence & documents and collection of materials, correspondence, documents in regard to PIAC
•   Clean and wash the PIAC vehicle on a regular basis so as to maintain it in a tidy condition
•   Maintain the PIAC vehicle in good running condition at all times keeping the maintenance schedule
•   Ensure safekeeping of the vehicle keys and of vehicle after work
•   Check fuel level in vehicle before and after each errand and ensure timely replenishment of fuel level within office hours
•   Ensure that the log book in the vehicle is properly filled and signed by each staff member travelling in the vehicle and remit the log book to Administration after each trip for safekeeping
•   Carry out simple maintenance tasks on vehicle and effect minor repairs in the event of breakdown on the road

Qualification Required & Experience

•   WASSCE: At least a pass in Mathematics and English
•   Driving experience of not less than 3 years
•   Valid driver’s license C or above
