Job Description

Based in Accra, the Driver will be responsible for:

Transportation

•   Drive staff and other related people to project sites, workshops, meetings, and other events.
•   Maintain a Driver’s Log Book and administrative requirements (registration, insurance, technical inspection).
•   Run office errands, such as document delivery, mailing, banking, customs clearance, bill payment, and procuring office supplies.

Vehicle Maintenance

•   Perform or schedule maintenance services and ensure that project vehicles are clean and in proper working order.
•   Follow up with vehicle maintenance regulations and licenses and make recommendations for necessary actions.
•   Ensure vehicles have adequate petrol at all times using the office account.

Required Skills

•   Fluency in spoken and written English.
•   Hold a relevant valid driving license.
•   Basic knowledge of mechanics and vehicle maintenance preferred.
