Qualification Required & Experience

•   A minimum of good bachelor’s degree in human resources management or social sciences (with bias in psychology or sociology with economics) from an internationally recognised institution
•   Post-graduate training in human resources management from an internationally recognised institution is a plus
•   The applicant must also have demonstrated excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal and management skills.
•   Preferably at least Five (5) years of practicing as a human resource manager in the health sector. Applicants with experience in the National Catholic Health Service (NCHS) are encouraged to apply

Other Requirements for Position

•   Applicants should preferably, but not compulsorily, be mechanized onto the Controller and Accountant General’s Department payroll of the Government of Ghana.
