Responsibilities

•   Further develop company’s human resources and administration, enhancing professional development, compensation and benefits, perfromance evaluation, training and recruiting
•   Ensure that recruiting processes are consistent and streamlined
•   Oversee administrative functions as well as facilities to ensure efficient and consistemt operations as the organisation scales
•   Work closely and transparently with all external partners including third-party vendors and consultants
•   Maintain a hard copy and electronic filing system
•   Research price, and purchase office furniture and supplies
•   Maintain records for client office space, phones, parking, company and office keys
•   Maintenance and repairs of all company assets (fixtures & furniture)

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Minimum of HND in a relevant discipline 3 – 5 years experience
•   Applicants should as well develop a managerial skills
•   Applicants must as well as be tolerant
•   Business and financial analysis skills with an eye for detail
•   Professional verbal and written communication skills
•   Ability to work effectively under pressure and within tight deadlines
