Key responsibilities

•  Guide approved providers to develop, customise and co-ordinate all Academy Programmes for the benefit of the subsidiary

•  Seek opporunities for co-ordinate assignments to drive career paths and development opportunities for high potential employees to ensure growth and retention and map out group and individual development plans for targets
•  Ensure all training and development activities have effective transfer of learning at their core
•  Actively participate in all stages of UT Academy infrastructure build (Discover / Engage, Learn, Practise and Evaluate) for assigned subsidiary including liaison with relevant development company and specialist UT personnel to complete relevant work
•  Be involved in pre-academy launch communication activities
•  Pursue all learning performance analytics (including academy patronage performance) prepare and discuss weekly/monthly reports reflecting progress and issues outstanding for assigned subsidiary.

Qualification Required & Experience

•  A good first degree from a reputable university with at least 3 – 5 years Learning & Development Management / Human Resources Management experience
•  A post graduate qualification in HR/L&D Management and relevant professional qualification will be of added advantage

Job Purpose:

Person Specification:

• Must have a post-graduate degree in Administration in (Human Resource Management) with a minimum of ten (10) years’ relevant work experience, at least five (5) years of which must be in a relevant Senior Management position
