Supervisor: The branch manager shall report to the Sales and Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities

•   Provide the leadership and direction required to develop and manage the overall performance of the branch
•   Manage key imperatives of all sales managers in the branch to ensure achievement of branch targets
•   Strengthen and improve the company market position by initiating, maintaining and developing pay points to grow the sales and premium income
•   Develop and implement strategies to recruit, train, manage and retain sales teams to achieve set targets according to performance contracts
•   Manage all administrative and customer service issues related to your branch
•   Report on performance according to set timelines

Qualification Required & Experience

•   First degree preferably in marketing with diploma or advance diploma in insurance from the Ghana insurance college or the CII UK.
•   At least five (5) years experience in sales. Life insurance sales experienec will be an added advantage
•   Have proven leadership, organisational and team management skills with high sense of commitment and honesty
•   Good interpersonal communication skills
•   Self motivated and ability to work independently and under pressure
•   Excellent presentation, negotiation, team building skills
