My client is an international examining institute operating in Ghana under accreditation from the National Accreditation Board, Ministry of Education.  Is the first UK based professional institute to be given accreditation from NAB to run professional Oil and Gas Management programmes from L4 Diploma to L6 Graduate diploma in Ghana.

With its administrative office based in Kumasi Ashanti Region (and with various approved centres in Ghana currently delivering its programmes), we seek a qualified and hardworking field marketer who can manage our Greater Accra markets effectively.

•  This role involves direct marketing, prospecting for new academic institutions to run programmes, liaising with corporate bodies, working with existing approved centres, prospecting for independent students and developing marketing strategies. Although an executive position, this role is not office based and requires an outgoing person.
•  You will be given an achievable monthly target that you must meet (UMA; Unit of Marketing Activity). Although a minimum monthly salary will be given, your gross salary is tied to your UMAs.
•  As a marketing position, very attractive bonuses are paid on top of the monthly salary. Although you will be working in consultation with approved centres based in your region, this role is currently freelance and probationary. The successful applicant will report directly and submit weekly reports to the Director of Operations.
•  A monthly official report will be submitted to the Kumasi office in person. All travel and accommodation expenses will be paid for by the company.

The field marketing executive role when completed successfully after 6 months leads to the position of Senior Marketing Manager. The senior marketing manager will be responsible for our Accra marketing office and oversee all marketing activities in Greater Accra.
