Job Purpose

•   Responsible for all sales activities in assigned regions. Manage quality and consistency of product and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

•   Communicate new products, information and price change to customers and feedbacks from customers gathered through field activities to the appropriate officer for decision making
•   Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made.
•   Represent the company on any medical and pharmaceutical association meetings held within the region.

Qualification Required & Experience

•   BSc. Marketing with 3 years’ experience in a similar role in the pharmaceutical industry
•   HND Marketing with 4 years’ experience in a similar role

Competencies:

•   Must possess excellent negotiating skills
•   Must be proactive and reliable
•   Must have a good  and proven track record in sales and marketing preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
•   Must have good communication and presentation skills
Must have the ability to manage people
Proficient in MS -Word, MS-Excel, MS-Power Point and Outlook
•   Must have a Valid Driver’s license C or D

•   Must be results-orientated and able to work both independently and within a team environment.
•   Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
